Greetings From The Forest...

I apologize for the quality of this photograph - it was taken by me late at night with my iphone! - but I thought you and other 10K fans might like to see this picture of me with an old friend. Scott was in L.A last week for auditions and he came round to my house. We had a great evening together catching up on news and, of course, talking about the show.

We both agreed what a unique experience 10K had been for us, and how moved we were by the fantastic response of people who had seen and loved the show. I cooked lamb, very very rare. Scott ate his portion and then mine when I wasn't looking. And he was STILL hungry.

Greetings From The Forest...

I am currently writing a mini series for the BBC about food and the different issues it brings up for people all around the world . We are in the final stages with the script, so I really hope we will shooting it this year. The past few years have been very frustrating for me in that I have had projects almost made and then delayed or cancelled at the very last minute. I have two more fantasy projects that are written but still waiting to be shot. But as they say - that's show biz! Hopefully some of my work will be made very soon, and I will of course let 10K fans know as soon as there is any definite news.

Hi everybody, and a very, very happy New year. I am writing this from a hotel room in New Zealand, where I am currently writing an animation film called Jumbo Jet, about a group of elephants who set up a low budget airline.
